Las Vegas Restaurant Week offers the chance to enjoy some of the city’s fine dining for discounted prices, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square, which provides food to nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Restaurants offer prix fixe three-course menus from $20.10 to $50.10 per person—everything from French cuisine to burgers and sushi. Bradley Ogden (Caesars Palace) The chef, known for his farm-fresh approach to cooking, spreads goodwill (and good cheer) with his $50.10 menu of favorites, including twice-baked Maytag blue cheese soufflé, roasted Petaluma free-range chicken and bananas Foster cake.
StripSteak (Mandalay Bay) Michael Mina’s homage to beef hits the spot with a $30.10 menu featuring a Bibb wedge salad with avocado, bacon and Oregon Smokey Blue cheese; Certified Angus Beef New York strip and beignets with Macallan 18-Year butterscotch pudding.
BLT Burger (The Mirage) For $20.10, diners can enjoy lunch at this hot burger palace, featuring the French burger, a Certified Angus Beef patty with Brie cheese and applewood smoked bacon; rosemary-garlic shoestring fries and a s’more.
