PBR Rock Bar & Grill inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort is a true crowd pleaser, equal parts fun restaurant, sports bar and Strip-front watering hole. With its views of the Bellagio and the rest of Las Vegas Boulevard, the 3,000-square-foot patio is fast becoming the Strip’s favorite outdoor drinking, dancing, high-energy destination. Out here, margaritas reign supreme, challenged only by the trademark PBR Rock booze-filled guitar.
Things heat up inside, where big screen TVs keep you updated on all the scores, live music hits the stage nightly, a mechanical bull taunts the adventurous and there’s a quick-on-the-trigger bartender everywhere you look. The expansive dining room allows you to customize your experience: retreat to a cozy booth or keep the party rockin’ all night in the center of the action.

PBR Rock Bar & Grill serves three meals a day. Breakfast is a quick pick of the classics, from flapjacks and waffles to a zesty steak and egg burrito with tomatillo salsa. At lunch, drift through a selection of hot dogs with every topping you can imagine, and then some: the Bloomin’ Onion dog is dipped in onion batter and deep-fried, then doused with more onions and bacon. Other favorites include Texas brisket pizza with jalapeños, barbecue sauce and cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, or a piled-high Memphis-style pulled pork sandwich with firecracker coleslaw.
Delicious, old-fashioned barbecue dishes and soulful Southern-influenced treats shine bright at suppertime, too. There’s a barbecue burger, sloppy joe sliders and the country-fried pickle burger, a masterpiece with a half-pound beef patty, melted American cheese, crispy, salty fried pickles and a Cajun rémoulade. Moving up from sandwiches, get a down-home version of surf and turf with a tender 6-ounce sirloin steak and spicy grilled shrimp served with addictive horseradish mashed potato cakes.
To satisfy your tableful of rowdy friends, begin your meal with Tater Invaders, french fries and Tater Tots topped with homemade chili and cheese. Compensate for that rich, savory indulgence by sharing a colorful, crunchy Southwest salad with romaine lettuce, corn, black beans and fresh pico de gallo. Then knock it out of the park with a bucket of fried chicken, boldly seasoned and hitting that perfect juicy-crisp balance, or better yet, pair that golden goodness with Belgian waffles and vanilla-bourbon maple syrup.
If the beautifully tempting chicken and waffles doesn’t satisfy your dual needs for dinner and dessert, finish up with one of the bar’s premium hand-spun milkshakes alongside drunken peach cobbler, soaked in rum and baked in a cast-iron skillet for a presentation that’s perfect for sharing.
