Irene Pham

It’s purely a good time when this manager’s in charge

Irene Pham

Not many people get to spend a good chunk of their lives living by the ocean, but Irene Pham is one of them. The California native was born and raised in San Diego and went to school in both Orange County and Santa Barbara. But nine years ago the opportunity to open a women’s boutique brought her to the Las Vegas area.

“I’m a beach girl stuck in the desert,” she said. While she’s worked in various industries in town, for the past two years she’s settled in nicely to the role of guest services manager for Pure nightclub at Caesars Palace. And while the position was a bit of a lifestyle change for Pham, she’s kicking butt and taking care of the club’s VIP clients. “They’re a little bit more particular, but then again so am I, so to me it’s completely normal.”

The moment VIP clients book a visit to Pure, Pham not only ensures that their night is fabulous but she can also even assist with planning their whole itinerary while in town. “It’s not typical, (but) we take that extra step to provide the extended VIP service.” Once a client books with Pham: “I always answer my phone, in the middle of the night, in the shower … I never turn it off. Clients have access to me 24/7.”

If you’re not a VIP, you might want to try and get on Pham’s good side anyway. “There’s a group of us that are allowed to open the ropes, and I’m one of them.”

Un-Pure Rita

Full of drinks like the Puretini, Pure Politan and Pure Joy, Pure nightclub’s signature drink menu also includes the tasty margarita twist, the Un-Pure Rita. The libation is mixed with Tres Generaciones añejo tequila, Cointreau, fresh sour mix, fresh orange juice and a splash of blue Curaçao, garnished with a salt rim, orange wheel, lime slice and cherry.
