Meat between two slices of bread—simple, uncomplicated, yet so flavorful in some instances that the burger begins to rival gourmet plates of the finest cuisine. I Love Burgers inside The Shoppes at The Palazzo strikes the perfect balance between the gourmet and the everyday.
The menu gets more tempting the more it’s scanned. There are 14 burgers, ranging from standard to deliciously inventive. The Love & Seoul marinates ground Angus in sriracha and soy and layers avocado, kimchi, onion strings, egg and furikake-wasabi mayo. Other selections include Colorado buffalo, blackened Atlantic salmon, wagyu, veggie, turkey and brisket.
You’ll also find soups, sliders, hot dogs and shakes in flavors like caramel corn, Oreo, orange delight and triple chocolate. And, don’t forget the burger’s bestie, french fries. At I Love Burgers, the menu is highlighted by two specialties: garbage fries loaded with buffalo chili, jalapeños, green onion, cilantro, black olives and aged cheddar cheese sauce; and the poutine fries with brown gravy, mushrooms, caramelized onions and Havarti and mozzarella cheeses.
