The holidays can be stressful for those tasked with the duty of meal preparation—especially Thanksgiving. This year, take off the apron and let the city of Las Vegas serve you up a holiday meal you’ll never forget. (It is highly recommended that you make reservations!)

Head downtown to the Plaza, where Oscar’s Steakhouse offers a three-course feast. Get butternut squash soup with Burgundy truffle to start, a traditional turkey entrée as your main, and your choice of maple pumpkin pie or pecan pie with vanilla Chantilly.

Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas helps you celebrate the holidays with a Bavarian-themed flair. Start with butternut squash cream soup garnished with croutons and chives and breaded Brie cheese fried golden brown and served with a winter salad bouquet, garnished with fried parsley and cranberries. From there, you can enjoy roast turkey served with thyme-infused turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn medley and glazed yams, and end with pumpkin cranberry bread pudding.

On the Strip, STK Steakhouse at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas features a great Thanksgiving spread from Nov. 23-26 (dine-in only), which includes a roasted free range turkey dinner with confit turkey thighs, foie gras stuffing, cranberry, maple-baked sweet potatoes, sweet corn pudding, Brussels sprouts and spiced pumpkin pie.

Over at Excalibur, Buca Di Beppo offers up both a traditional turkey feast (roasted turkey breast, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and pumpkin pie), as well as a limited-time menu featuring Italian specialties like spicy Italian sausage stuffing.

If you’re at The STRAT and want another traditional holiday meal, head to McCall’s Heartland Grill, serving up a specialty dish of apple pecan wood-smoked turkey served with spiced haricot vert, herb sausage stuffing, sweet potato purée, candied pecans, orange cranberry relish and gravy.

Stay on the Strip and head to The Forum Shops at Caesars, where Water Grill offers a great spread. Start with clam chowder or mixed organic greens, then enjoy a main course of roasted Diestel Family Ranch turkey, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, homemade sourdough apple-celery stuffing, traditional cranberry sauce and turkey gravy. Dessert choices include pumpkin cheesecake and caramel bread pudding.

It’s a bit off the Strip, but well worth the trip. Salt & Straw at UnCommons features a Thanksgiving Series, a five-course Thanksgiving ice cream feast. All ice creams featured are inspired by holiday classics, and include Parker house rolls with salted buttercream, cheesy potato casserole, turkey stuffing and cranberry sauce, Mom’s Mango Pie, and pumpkin and gingerspice pie.

For Thanksgiving with an Irish flair, head to Rí Rá Irish Pub at Shoppes at Mandalay Place. A traditional dinner there includes herb-roasted turkey and pan gravy, accompanied by mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and house-made cranberry sauce. For something a bit off the beaten path, try the Kilbeggan salmon, a baked filet stuffed with cream cheese, dill, crab and shrimp and topped with a seafood cream sauce and served with asparagus. For dessert, enjoy pumpkin cheesecake.

You’d expect an authentic Thanksgiving meal from Martha Stewart, and at The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas, that’s exactly what you get. The four-course feast here starts with an endive salad full of Gorgonzola dolce and toasted pecans, proceeding onto Big Martha’s pierogi, filled with potato (for an additional cost, add golden Osetra caviar and sour cream). The third course is an herb butter-roasted turkey breast and leg confit roulade, served with Big Martha’s potato puree, haricots verts, bread stuffing, roasted heirloom baby carrots and a white wine-sage gravy. For dessert, enjoy your choice of upside-down lemon meringue pie or a pumpkin pie tart.

How about a buffet for Thanksgiving this year? The grandest one on the Strip, Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, is loaded with holiday favorites, including citrus orange cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, citrus-brined turkey, candied yams with bruleed marshmallows, boursin mashed potatoes, chicken apple sausage stuffing and giblet gravy.

For many people, dessert is the best part about Thanksgiving. If that’s you, Dominique Ansel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace is about to become your new favorite place. It’s got a bunch of amazing holiday-themed pies, including bourbon pecan pie, extra silky pumpkin pie and salted caramel apple pie.

For a British-themed Thanksgiving, two of Gordon Ramsay’s Strip restaurants have you covered: Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay at Harrah’s Las Vegas, which serves prime rib with au jus, creamy horseradish, Yorkshire pudding, potato puree and creamy spinach (finished off with sticky toffee pudding); and Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at The Linq Promenade, which offers a limited-time deep-fried turkey leg and chips, served with cranberry sauce, gravy and sweet potato chips.

Guy Fieri may like things over the top, but at his eponymous restaurant, Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The Linq, the Ultimate Turkey Feast is very traditional and delicious: Roasted turkey breast, bourbon candied yams, whipped mashed potatoes, savory cranberry stuffing, garlic Parmesan green beans and giblet gravy, all topped off with pumpkin pie.

Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse at Flamingo is a great tribute to the mobsters of yesteryear, and its Thanksgiving feast is one that would have made the mob proud: An appetizer of curry acorn squash soup; an entrée of slow-roasted turkey with candied yams, traditional cranberry sauce and brioche fennel stuffing, served with crispy shallots and haricots verts and giblet gravy. A pumpkin spice cheesecake tops it all off nicely.

They’re know for amazing steaks, but this week Ruth’s Chris Steal House at Harrah’s Las Vegas serves up a great prix fixe menu, including starting with your choice of roasted butternut squash soup or harvest salad; your choice of entrees, either roasted turkey breast with Ruth’s sausage and cranberry relish, or surf & turf, an 8-ounce filet mignon and three broiled and blackened shrimp (you also get to choose your side of mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans and sausage and herb stuffing); and pecan pie for dessert.

One of the Strip’s longest-running steakhouses, Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian offers a great lineup for your holidays: Sweet potato bisque with crispy pancetta, sage and aged maple syrup; baked brie cheese salad with candied apples, wild arugula and apple cider vinaigrette; traditional turkey dinner with roasted breast, braised leg, cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce and herb gravy; pecan glazed sweet potatoes; and a pumpkin tart in a brown butter tart shell with butterscotch pastry cream and pumpkin caramel.

Another long-running Strip restaurant, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at MGM Grand has a particularly unforgettable menu on offer: Tuscan kale and radicchio salad with roasted butternut squash, brown butter vinaigrette, dried cranberries, Humbolt Fog goat cheese and candied pecans; slow-roasted turkey with homemade andouille sausage, dark meat dressing, country-style potato creamers, Creole green beans and carmelized onion gravy; and pumpkin mousse coffee spice cake and white chocolate glaze.

A locals favorite for years, Twin Creeks Steakhouse at Silverton Casino Lodge has a great meal in store: Maple-glazed, bacon-wrapped shrimp with a sweet potato puree; harvest brined organic turkey with cornbread stuffing, broccolini, roasted garlic potatoes, turkey gravy and homemade cranberry sauce; and pear lille-feuille made with puff pastry, carmelized pears, dulce ganache, vanilla mousse and hazelnut crunch.

Downtown, you can enjoy the Thanksgiving Special at Triple George Grill at Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino: A choice of starter (butternut squash soup or poached pear, spinach and baby arugula salad); an entrée of savory herb bread stuffing, cranberry compote, turley velouté sauce, glazed baby carrots, green beans and creamy mashed potatoes; and your choice of pumpkin cheesecake or tiramisu with eggnog anglaise sauce for dessert.

For something truly different head to Wakuda at The Venetian, which features a menu of toro tartare, caviar, king salmon with truffle salsa, grilled black snapper, Maine lobster, dry-aged ribeye, sushi and a dessert.

French bistro Bouchon, located in The Venetian, has a three-course meal available, featuring three different options: turkey with bakery stuffing, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry and turkey gravy; red wine-braised beef short rib with fingerling potatoes and button mushrooms; and pan-seared day boat scallops with mushroom risotto and crispy kale chips. Wine pairings are available.

Cake Boss Buddy Valastro has nothing but your family’s best interest in mind with his Italian American Thanksgiving feast at Buddy V's Ristorante at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. You start with a bowl of roasted butternut squash soup and move onto a traditional dinner of slow-roasted turkey breast with turkey sausage and pancetta herb stuffing, sweet yams, cranberry relish and gravy. Make sure to save room for apple spice cake with warm compote or salted caramel pumpkin bundt cake with maple glaze and candied pecans.

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer at The Venetian is well-known for its CrazyShakes, and they’ve created a signature one just for the holidays—The Sweet Potato Pie Classic Shake, a vanilla base with sweet potato puree and toasted marshmallow syrup, all topped with whipped cream, nutmeg and cherry.

For a meal with a real South American twist, head to Chica at The Venetian, where everything is served a la carte. Enjoy delights like roasted beet salad with apples, jicama, pomegranate and oranges, drizzled with peanut Morita dressing; a turkey breast stuffed with pork, tequila pickles and apricot, served with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, pecan salsa macha, chipotle cranberry sauce, chorizo cornbread stuffing and three-day gravy; and cajeta pecan pie.
