Looking for some autumn fun while on the Strip, but you’re also starving? There’s no better place to head to than STK Steakhouse, which features a Welcome Back Pumpkin menu. Start off with themed cocktails like a pumpkin-spiced Old-Fashioned, made with Woodford Reserve bourbon and Monin pumpkin spice syrup, or a pumpkin mocha martini, a blend of pumpkin spice rumchata, New Amsterdam vodka, crème de cacao, pumpkin pie spice and Owen’s nitro-infused espresso.

From there, choose a themed entrée, from pumpkin ravioli and Dungeness crab, all served with sage butter, champagne confit mushrooms, pecorino, prosciutto crisp and pine nuts, to wagyu Japanese Kagoshima A5 steak served with roasted pumpkins, raisins and crème fraîche. Top it all off with—what else?—pumpkin pie, here served with caramelized pepitas, whipped ginger cream and crunchy toffee. The Welcome Back Pumpkin menu is available through Nov. 30.

If pumpkin isn’t quite your bag, STK Steakhouse also offers a weekend brunch with plenty of mouthwatering special treats, from a pork belly Benedict, pictured, to cinnamon French toast. And if you’re here for the seafood and steak, the brunch features decadent seafood towers, plus filets, ribeyes and more with all the accompaniments. And, on Oct. 28-29, brunch morphs into Boos & Booze, where you can enjoy Halloween decorations, music and a costume contest plus the normal brunch menu and the Welcome Back Pumpkin menu and cocktail specials.
