Flawless from top to bottom, wall to wall and indoors to outdoors, the Japanese-inspired Nobu Villa exceeds all expectations of luxury living. With 5,600 square feet of indoor space—three bedrooms and four baths, common areas consisting of a media room, a sitting room, a formal dining room, a game space with pool table and an omakase sushi bar for private dining—the Rockwell Group-designed rooftop villa is only reached by private elevator. The 4,700-square-foot terrace, accessible through three different points from the villa, affords breathtaking views of the city lights up and down Las Vegas Boulevard and beyond. Outdoor living is easy with two shaded sitting-room spaces, daybeds and lounge chairs, with a hot tub inspired by a Japanese onsen tucked into a nook for more privacy.

Entertaining at Nobu Villa is divine, with an assortment of settings to choose from. With the 24-hour butler service, butler’s kitchen and pantry, guests are waited on hand and foot. Those who don’t want to dine downstairs at the famed Nobu restaurant can dine in the villa, where sushi chefs are able to whip up any dish from the Nobu menu. Guests can also celebrate on the terrace: The outdoor kitchen and bar—complete with robatayaki grill—make it the perfect spot for a party. Relaxation comes easy in the two outdoor covered living spaces, complete with sofas, lounge chairs, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and adjustable lighting.

Throughout the entire villa, Japanese-inspired art pieces hold the gaze of guests, including an eight-panel art installation in the entry hall by Brooklyn artist Jill Hotchkiss. Each of the delicate scenes are sandblasted into wood and depicts a Japanese landscape outlined in gold paint. The two guest rooms, each with its own private bath and vanity, get lush touches of custom hand-painted wallpaper by De Gournay, with pastoral scenes including cherry blossoms and other foliage.

The master bedroom celebrates the tranquil side of the Nobu lifestyle while incorporating the most lavish features. The master suite comes with an en suite massage room, and French doors lead out to the expansive terrace with the Zen garden and hot tub. Adjacent is the master bath, reminiscent of a private spa with giant soaking tub, oversized shower, double vanity, sauna room and Japanese-style daybed.
