As Las Vegas music-industry success stories go, singer Ronnie Radke is pretty high up there. In 2006, he and his band Escape the Fate signed a record deal with legendary punk label Epitaph Records, and the band’s debut album, Dying Is Your Latest Fashion, hit the top 20 on Billboard’s independent albums chart. Radke soon left Escape the Fate following some personal and legal troubles, but he bounced back two years later with Falling in Reverse, a similarly brash, in-your-face rock band. Falling in Reverse has since released three albums on Epitaph, all driven by Radke’s intense vocals and charisma.

With Falling in Reverse, Radke combines his roots in Escape the Fate’s hard rock with influences from hip-hop and dance music, for a sound that’s both poppy and heavy. Revolver called the band’s recent album Just Like You “a tour de force effort that is equal parts melody and metallic heaviness.”

Although Radke’s current Falling in Reverse band mates hail from all over, he still makes sure to represent his hometown of Las Vegas. No matter how far he travels on tour, he’s still a Sin City boy at heart.
