Everything that makes the world a little bit better started off as a fantasy. From radio to the first cell phone to the wearables now dominating the tech world, it all started in someone’s imagination.

And imagination is something the women of the smoking-hot topless revue Fantasy at Luxor have been working with since the show debuted as Midnight Fantasy fifteen years ago. The titillating portrayals of classic fantasies have evolved over the years, going from a Folies-esque show to the high-energy, pop music-driven topless revue we have today, but one thing has remained a constant: fantasy becomes reality.

The lights dim and curtain rises, and singer/host Jamie Lynch introduces the each of the lovely cast members in an opening number featuring Alicia Keys’ “Girl On Fire.” The ladies take the stage and peel off layer after layer, ensuring you really get to know them before the show launches into a series of sexy vignettes.

Fantasy features 15 acts, where the girls enact a number of playful scenes in barely there cowgirl outfits to a Caribbean-themed dance number. If you like something a little more “Las Vegas,” there’s the sensual, physically impressive silk rope act. Then there’s the number with three beauties on a bed, enough said. As they’re acting out these fantasies, the ladies are clad in lace, leather and lingerie—but, not for long.

This isn’t just a straightforward topless show, though. Lynch’s vocal work is a huge part of what makes Fantasy fun, bringing a new energy to hits from across the decades, like The Police’s “Roxanne” and Gretchen Wilson’s “All Jacked Up.” One of the Strip’s most talented vocalists, Lynch keeps the show lighthearted.

The most recently-added acts include a mashup of Beyoncé’s “Run the World (Girls)” and Mötley Crüe’s “Girls, Girls, Girls,” and a dance number set to Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj’s hit “Bang Bang,” which are brought to life by Lynch’s vocals and the Fantasy girls’ skillful (and steamy) choreography.

In classic burlesque-show fashion, veteran comedian Sean E. Cooper breaks things up with some jokes and a handful of impressions. His Michael Jackson and James Brown are just good-natured and over-the-top enough to be hilarious, without becoming a caricature of either.

And once he’s taken his turn, it’s time for the ladies to take the stage once again to make the world a better place—fulfilling one fantasy at a time.
