The current version of Guns N’ Roses features just one original member of the iconic hard rock band, singer Axl Rose, but he’s not the only one from that lineup still touring and playing classic GNR material. Fellow original member Steven Adler has been playing with his eponymous band Adler (including its previous incarnation as Adler’s Appetite) for more than a decade now, teaming up with a range of fellow musicians to celebrate the legacy of early Guns N’ Roses albums Appetite for Destruction and Lies.

The band’s lineup has included former members of GNR contemporaries like Ratt, Faster Pussycat, Enuff Z’Nuff and L.A. Guns, and Adler’s former GNR bandmates Slash, Izzy Stradlin and Duff McKagan have joined him onstage at various times. These days, Adler features singer-guitarist Jacob Bunton, guitarist Lonny Paul and bassist Johnny Martin, the same lineup that recorded 2012 album Back From the Dead. The band’s set features a mix of originals, GNR hits and other classic hard rock covers. For fans of Guns N’ Roses, it’s another chance to see one of the musicians who made the band great.
