Las Vegas is not only an adult’s playground; children can have fun, too. Our vibrant city is filled with a plethora of activities suitable for all ages. After all, life is about keeping your kiddos happy.

1. Adventuredome / Carnival Midway and Circus Acts

Under the pink dome, board the Miner Mike train, go bumper-to-bumper in Canyon Cars and swing high on Sand Pirates. Or enjoy arcade games and favorites like Skee-Ball-style games, basketball hoops and ring toss in Circus Circus’ carnival midway. Trapeze artists, clowns, jugglers and acrobats perform, too. While in a spherical pod on the world’s tallest observation wheel, feast your eyes on breathtaking views of the skyline and beyond. You’ll be happy to know that children 12 and under are free with an adult purchase of a ticket. If your children are older than that, go the family four-pack route with two adult tickets and two youth tickets (age 13-17) for $69.95 during the day and $99.95 at night. Hummingbirds, Chilean flamingos, parrots, swans and more exotic creatures call this 15-acre tropical oasis home. Plus, the beautiful greenery and flowing waterfalls provide the perfect backdrop for family photo ops. (Flamingo, 702.733.3111)

5. Fall of Atlantis Fountain and Aquarium

In this spectacular water and fire show set in the kingdom of Atlantis, life-size sculptures come alive every hour on the hour daily.
