Benny’s Smokin’ BBQ & Brews (Binion's) The barbecue restaurant dishes out its own renditions of smoked brisket and chicken with barbecue baked beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw and corn bread. Recommended dish: smoked baby back ribs.

Mesa Grill (Caesars Palace) Chef Bobby Flay’s Southwestern fare and margaritas collide at Caesars Palace. Dig into New Mexican spice-rubbed pork tenderloin. Recommended dish: chipotle-glazed bone-in rib-eye steak.

Dick’s Last Resort (Excalibur) Brace for surly servers and a rowdy good time at this bar and restaurant. Go big with a plate of barbecued chicken, pulled pork or baby back ribs. Recommended dish: barbecued brisket.

Margaritaville (Flamingo) Parrotheads unite at Jimmy Buffett’s ode to his big hit. Fans can chow down on Landshark Lager fish and chips, then wash them down with a Who’s to Blame margarita. Recommended dish: Jimmy’s Jammin’ Jambalaya.

Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill (Harrah's) Country star Keith shares his vision of a bar he loves. Try the “Cowboy Reuben” sandwich and Southern-fried Twinkies. Recommended dish: the “world-famous” fried bologna sandwich.

T&T (Luxor) Bring together Mexican food and rock ’n’ roll flair at Tacos & Tequila. Carne asada goes down well with Chongas, a 32-ounce frozen daiquiri with two upside down Dos Equis beers. Recommended dish: pork carnitas.

Citizens Kitchen & Bar (Mandalay Bay) Dine around the clock on a rack of ribs or bacon, egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll. Recommended dish: Disco Fries with bacon, gravy and cheddar and mozzarella. You’ll want to dance.

Double Barrel Roadhouse (Monte Carlo) Experience Southern hospitality at Double Barrel Roadhouse. Order crispy fried chicken or barbecue smoked St. Louis ribs. Recommended dish: Pig Candy with Applewood smoked bacon and cornbread.

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar (The Venetian) Grab supper at Yardbird with its menu of Southern fare. The St. Louis-style pork ribs only gets better with four types of biscuits. Recommended dish: Lewellyn’s fried chicken.

The Angry Butcher (Sam's Town) Corral steaks seared in a 900-degree broiler. Go big with a 24-ounce 28-day aged prime rib. Recommended dish: 22-ounce bone-in ribeye steak.

Bruxie (The Park) Go sweet or savory with the waffles here. Recommended dish: Chicken and waffles make the menu, along with a Nashville hot chicken version. Cool off that hot tongue with a Nutella and banana version.

Nacho Daddy (MIracle Mile Shops) While Mexican food dominates the menu, it’s the robust list of nachos that take center stage. Barbecue pork or chicken and spicy shrimp make these versions not your average nachos. Recommended dish: lobster and crab nachos.

McCall’s Heartland Grill (Stratosphere) Think of this restaurant as a touch of the Midwest right in Las Vegas. Find a half rack of chili-roasted St. Louis ribs on this affordable menu. Recommended dish: barbecue-crusted Atlantic salmon.

Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que (Treasure Island) Sit on a saddle and dig into a menu full of variety and flavor. Recommended dish: the Ten Gallon platter with barbecue ribs, rotisserie chicken, pulled pork and hot links with a choice of sauces including Carolina mustard and Gilley’s Jack Daniels barbecue.

PBR Rock Bar (Planet Hollywood) Order up a bourbon and bacon bloody Mary to cure that hangover. Recommended drink: Make like a bull rider and go for the 8 Seconds with Pendleton Whisky, ginger beer and orange juice.

Coyote Ugly (New York-New York) Dance on the bar and let the sexy Coyote bartenders make you feel like a superstar for a night. Stop in from 6 to 9 p.m. daily for $5 beers and two-for-one Jell-O shots. Recommended drink: body shots.

Rockhouse (The Venetian) Grab $2 drinks all day at this rocking bar with specialty drinks named for famous songs. Recommended drink: the Magic Carpet Ride, which uses Ketel One Citron with lemonade and Sierra Mist.

TAG Sports Bar (The Linq) Pick from more than 200 bottled beers hailing from 17 states and around the world. Recommended beer: Hey, you really can’t go wrong.

Margaritaville (Flamingo) Hey, it’s five o’clock somewhere. Recommended drink: Margaritaville Silver Rum and Paradise Passion Fruit Tequila mixed with Bacardi 151, orange and pineapple juices.

Señor Frog’s (Treasure Island) Hop on over for the Wild Frog made with Señor Frog’s Tequila, Pama Pomegranate and cranberry juice. Recommended drink: the Frog’s Leg shot whipped up with vodka, melon liquor and pineapple juice.

Losers Most Wanted Bar (MGM Grand) This pop-up bar is an outpost of the Nashville classic and brings a genuine honky-tonk with live music, draft beers and surprise shows. Recommended drink: The house wine is Jägermeister.

Hogs & Heifers Saloon (Downtown) This ultra-rowdy eatery features motorcycles lined up out front and scantily clad bartenders shouting out orders on megaphones. Recommended drink: best bets include shots with the bartender and beer.

PBR Rock Bar (Miracle Mile Shops) From 1-6 p.m. and midnight-2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, $5 and $7 small plates.

Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que (Red Rock Resort) From 3-7 p.m. and 9 p.m.-close daily, fried green tomatoes and barbecue rib tips for less than $8.

Hexx Chocolate Tasting and Tour This shop offers you the chance to see cacao beans turned into chocolate, try single-origin chocolate and satisfy your sweet tooth beyond your wildest dreams. And the 24-hour Hexx restaurant features the chocolates in many of its desserts.

KISS by Monster Mini Golf Rock ’n’ roll all night and party every day while sharpening your putting skills in an environment inspired by America’s favorite costumed band.

VooDoo Zipline Start at the VooDoo Lounge 50 stories above the ground and end 800 feet away at the Ipanema Tower. Then you get to do it all again—but backwards.

Stratosphere

Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. For those who don’t know their comic books, that stands for Scientific Training And Tactical Intelligence Operative Network. Download the app on your iPhone, go deep into the Marvel Universe and come out a S.T.A.T.I.O.N. agent.

The Venetian

Gondola Rides Get your Italian on in these romantic boats as you ride through tunnels and canals inside the mall. Your gondolier will serenade you the entire trip.

Madame Tussauds Las Vegas See your favorite stars—sort of. Actors, singers, athletes and politicians all get the famous Madame Tussauds treatment in this museum featuring wax life-size replicas of celebrities. Get your camera out and make like a paparazzi!

Streetmosphere Living statues take things up a notch from Venice Beach, here at St. Marks Square. Artiste del Arte, a band of roving trained musicians, play beautiful music to unsuspecting shoppers.
