Not only does Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Mariah Carey hold the crown as one of the best-selling female artists of all time, she also has one of the biggest holiday songs to date: “All I Want For Christmas Is You.” It continues to be a fan favorite every season in households all over the world and on the music charts. “I do love the holidays so much, and I love sharing the spirit,” Carey said in a recent article in Variety. And indeed she does. “All I Want For Christmas Is You” has turned into a huge holiday enterprise over the years, with a children’s book, an animated movie (just released in November) and a concert series all of the same name.

Carey’s holiday concert series All I Want for Christmas Is You, a Night of Joy & Festivity debuted at the Beacon Theatre in New York with six sold-out dates in 2014, a monumental year as it marked the 20th anniversary of her holiday album Merry Christmas. This year, she has expanded All I Want for Christmas Is You to include shows not only in New York but also in Paris (Dec. 9), Manchester (Dec. 10) and London (Dec. 11), as well in Las Vegas for a five-date run of shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (Dec. 14, 16-17, 20 and 22).

The All I Want for Christmas Is You spectacle is much different than her acclaimed #1 to Infinity residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Carey manages to perfectly intertwine songs from her two holiday albums, Merry Christmas and Merry Christmas II You—which feature her versions of holiday classics such as “Silent Night,” “Joy to the World” and “O Holy Night,” with “All I Want For Christmas Is You” as the finale. Throughout the festive show, Carey throws in a few of the hits that made her a worldwide superstar, such as “Emotions,” “Hero” and “We Belong Together.”

In the All I Want for Christmas Is You concerts, fans can expect to see Carey’s stunning wardrobe changes, a five-piece band, singers, dancers, carolers, aerial acrobats, a gospel choir and a surprising appearance from Santa Claus himself. “A lot of people tell me now that my music and my shows have become a holiday tradition for them, and that makes me feel good,” said Carey in Variety.

With her incredible vocals coupled with the festive Christmas decor, it’s easy to see why this show is such a popular holiday tradition for fans. Yes, it’s true, Ms. Carey, all we want for Christmas is you.
