Leave it to Las Vegas to give visitors a reason to party year-round, and leave it to nightlife and daylife juggernaut Tao Group Hospitality to make that party unique and off the hook. The Marquee Dayclub Dome, Tao Group’s popular winter dayclub hot spot at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is one such party.

A dayclub when the weather is cold and crisp? Yup, but this pool party stays nice and balmy under the venue’s specially built, 23,000-square-foot orb that rests over the dayclub, located on the rooftop of the property.

Under the Marquee Dayclub Dome, guests can splish and splash in two different pools filled with 90-degree water while 2 million BTUs of heat create a pleasant, warm summer environment. Guests are encouraged to wear bathing suits and poolside attire.

The main pool is surrounded by sofas and tables, which guests can reserve. For an elevated party experience, book one of the cabanas that wrap around the perimeter or the upgraded cabanas that have their own dipping pools and sit higher up, so you get a great overall view of the party. The smaller pool has daybed rentals that sit over the shallow waters and put guests right next to the DJ booth. This week on deck to keep the party hype are Justin Credible (Nov. 19), DJ CLA (Nov. 24) and Vice (Nov. 25).

The Dome keeps the party vibe going with an impressive selection of specialty cocktails and tempting food items to keep guests satiated. Three popular picks for cocktails include: the Prickly Pear, made with prickly pear vodka, lemonade and pomegranate liqueur; the Frozen Lychee Margarita, a super-cold treat for folks who want to cool off, made with 818 blanco tequila, Cointreau, frozen lychee and citrus; and the Lift-Off, a very popular item that’s returned to the menu again this year, made with Patrón Silver tequila, Cointreau, frozen mango and Red Bull Yellow Edition energy drink.

Hungry? Get ready to munch hard and hefty with so many good offerings on The Dome’s menu. Highlights include the chirashi bowl with spicy tuna and salmon, a portobello burger, crispy buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, wagyu carne asada wrap, chicken katsu skewers, spicy shrimp pizza, lobster roll and three-cheese nachos that are loaded with accoutrements. Various sushi rolls including rainbow and spicy tuna are real highlights, as is a bounty of fresh seafood featuring raw clams, oysters on the half shell, Alaskan crab legs and even Osetra caviar. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes all make appearances as well.

Bottle service and beer buckets are also plentiful, and guests can even order champagne spray packages—not for drinking but for spraying into the crowd. Yes, it’s that kind of party!

“The Marquee Dayclub Dome offers the ultimate Vegas dayclub pool party, but in the fall and winter seasons,” said Sal Wise, vice president of marketing for Tao Group Hospitality. “We have top DJs, bottle service, and an incredible food menu, and there is plenty of dancing and swimming. It is a unique, only-in-Vegas pool party experience.”
