Odds are you already have your tickets and have mapped out your plan for enjoying Life is Beautiful. But in the off chance that you hadn’t put the downtown arts, culinary and musical festival on your Las Vegas to-do-list this weekend (or have decided last minute you want to get in on all the action), we point you in the direction of just a few of the highlights over the three days of festivities:

• For fans of cocktails, LIB comes through with a bevy of options throughout the festival grounds. Famed mixologists from all over the valley show off their talents with stations set up for cocktail tastings and specialty recipes. The expert mixologists whip up interesting and innovative flavors, and guests can sidle up to various bars placed throughout the festival to whet their whistles. Local fave brewery Big Dog’s Brewing Company is also introducing its Life is Beautiful 10th anniversary original craft beers to celebrate the special occasion. Two new recipes are available: Cool as a Cucumber, an American craft lager infused with fresh cucumbers and lime; and the A Beautiful Haze, a West Coast-style hazy IPA with notes of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit, pineapple and pine.

• For more cocktail fun, head over to the Western Hotel, where artist collective Meow Wolf takes over the 13,000-square-foot vacant space that’s been transformed into a “multi-dimensional, interactive art exhibit” named Party in the SubOrbs that not only features art installations and performers but specially crafted cocktail options. Order one of the unique sips and stroll through the motel as you enter into a dreamlike atmosphere.

• Tons of parties are taking place all over the city, too, and luckily you just have to flash your LIB wristband to get in for free at some of them, including: John Summit (Sept. 19) at Omnia nightclub; Alesso (Sept. 21) and Steve Aoki (Sept. 22) at Hakkasan nightclub; Louis the Child (Sept. 21) and Zedd (Sept. 23) at Zouk Nightclub; and Sofi Tukker (Sept. 23) at Marquee nightclub.

• And we can’t forget the music—five stages host various musical and artistic acts, including Las Vegas’ own residency shows. At the Downtown Stage, check out: Jabbawockeez (Sept. 24 at 7:25 p.m.), Magic Mike Live (Sept. 23 at 7:50 p.m.) and Cirque du Soleil (Sept. 22 at 7:25 p.m.). At the Fremont Stage, catch Tape Face (Sept. 22 at 6:45 p.m.). Big-name artists flood the festival too, including The Killers (Sept. 22), Flume (Sept. 22), Kendrick Lamar (Sept. 23), The 1975 (Sept. 23), Kim Petras (Sept. 24), and Odesza (Sept. 24).

Have fun and happy festival-ing, everyone!
