What’s a typical day at work for Kaile Justine? Oh, you know, just hanging with 50 Cent and Ariana Grande. Those are just two recent celebrities that the cocktail server at Foxtail Pool Club at SLS Las Vegas has catered to. “Taking care of 50 Cent, he was so awesome,” she said. “Absolutely a sweetheart; so approachable. Ariana Grande, she’s also a big sweetheart.”

It’s not only big-name celebrities that Justine takes care of—it’s also all guests. “It’s my job to make sure that the experience is absolutely fantastic. I make sure to be energetic, give off good energy,” said the Scottsdale, Ariz., native.

Justine jokes that she keeps her energy up by drinking lots of Rockstar energy drinks (she does, actually). “But seriously, you have to roll with it, be the life of the party,” she said. She joined the pool club this season after moving to Las Vegas less than two years ago—she had set her sights on the city because she loved the vibe, the career opportunities and the chance to work in a place where she could meet people from all around the world. After all, she plans on completing her degree in international business and “broadening my perspective of the world.” In fact, she’s already made friends with some guests, many coming back to the pool club to be taken care of specifically by Justine.

“You’ll definitely have the time of your life at Foxtail pool; (it’ll be) a memorable experience. And, I’m here to make sure that happens,” Justine said.

There are 13 “on the rocks” selections on Foxtail Pool Club’s specialty cocktail menu, but the Pineapple Smash is one of the most refreshing and tasty. The drink mixes Ketel One vodka, fresh mint, pineapple juice and fresh-squeezed lime juice. Order one—or two—and check out the pool club’s Labor Day weekend lineup that includes daytime poolside performances by Fetty Wap and Lil Wayne on Sept. 6 and Nervo on Sept. 7.
