To get the full party brunch experience, reserving a table for you and your party is the way to go to. First, decide what you’ll be drinking. Small- to medium-sized groups can go for a $75 pitcher. Larger groups can double the price with the giant brunch bowl for $150. Cocktail concoctions include Get Kinky with Prairie vodka, Kinky pink liqueur, ginger beer and fresh citrus while the Raspberry Lemonade—not your typical version—combines Effen vodka, Chambord black raspberry liqueur and fresh lemonade.
Other drink selections include Mango Margarita with 1800 Silver tequila, Patrón Citrónge mango liqueur, fresh lime juice and agave nectar and the Bloody Mary pitcher made with Absolut Elyx vodka, San Marzano tomatoes and fresh grated horseradish. Even though it’s a party, don’t forget about Lavo’s signature brunch items. Fuel up on the classic eggs Benedict with Duroc ham, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.
