Looking to spend a night out where the ambiance is sleek and sexy and the cocktails are elevated with high-quality ingredients? The Dorsey tops the list of options in Las Vegas, thanks to its stunning setting and cocktail menu created by world-renowned veteran bartender Sam Ross.

The lounge offers plenty of plush seating for large parties, but you can also get more intimate and cozy inside the library next to a one-of-a-kind fireplace. The mix of gilded brass, French oak and deep, dark-colored furnishing adds to The Dorsey’s posh, silky surroundings, soundtracked by the sounds of jazzy, old-school hip-hop. The cocktail menu is divided into fun categories like light & bright, conversation pieces, bubbly, and stirred & boozy (pictured). The last category includes standouts like the Secret Agent, a mix of bourbon, apricot, allspice and chocolate bitters, or the Six Figure Cocktail with mezcal, blanc vermouth, yellow chartreuse and orange bitters. Go for one of Ross’ classic concoctions like the Penicillin, made with Scotch, fresh lemon, ginger, honey and Islay float, the Coney Island Express with rum, cold brew coffee, vanilla and Amaro-Ciociaro and the Fallin’ Rain with bourbon, apple brandy, lemon, pineapple, honey and egg white.

There are also wines and champagnes by the glass, craft beer options and bottle service. Guests can also order light bites like poached and chilled jumbo shrimp, a crudites platter and open sandwiches.
