Lovers of brown spirits and cigars should begin an affair with Eight Lounge. The rare collection from the Dufftown family of distillers in Scotland includes eight selections: The Lowlander 36-year-old blended Scotch whiskey ($325 per pour); The Eight Grain 40-year-old blended grain Scotch whiskey ($400); A Breath of Fresh Air 37-year-old blended Scotch whiskey ($475); A Trail of Smoke 42-year-old blended malt Scotch whiskey ($625); The Unknown 44-year-old blended Scotch whiskey ($1,000); The Old Confectioner’s 44-year-old blended Scotch whiskey ($1,000); The Next Chapter 50-year-old blended Scotch whiskey ($1,200); and A Singular Blend Vintage Cask 1963 blended Scotch whiskey ($1,400). Treat yourself with the $2,500 special, which includes a flight of the entire collection!

Eight Lounge rounds out the experience with live music on Friday nights and a rotating lineup of DJs on Saturday nights, all beginning at 9 p.m. till late. And don’t leave if your party begins to feel a little hungry, as Eight offers an exclusive menu of small plates from next-door restaurant Brezza.
