Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck opened one of Las Vegas’ first celebrity fine dining restaurants, Spago, in 1992, and since then has expanded his culinary reach into several cities and even supermarkets. Today, Cucina by Wolfgang Puck serves up some of the most relaxing, delicious meals you’ll eat in Vegas.

Stop in for lunch or dinner—and a little people watching—and grab an app like frito misto, with calamari, shrimp and baby squash, and one of Puck’s delicious pizzas—margherita, wild mushroom, pepperoni or spicy Italian, all concocted with fresh, flavorful ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, Tuscan kale, capicola and Calabrian chilis. The crust here is a major plus. Or go for the Provolone cheeseburger, created with goodies like crispy pancetta and onion jam.

You’ll find several types of pasta, such as bucatini with a nice tomato sauce, pappardelle with a hearty wild boar ragu and a light, refreshing gemelli with shrimp and a basil pesto. If you’re just not up for pasta, one of the other entrées will give you plenty of fuel—chicken Parmesan and chicken piccata both are satisfying. For something that really sticks to your ribs, try the osso bucco served over a bed of creamy polenta.

Cucina has a nicely curated wine list that isn’t overwhelming. Choose from a number of Italian wines or get a glass from the California wine country. You can even find a few from France, Germany and New Zealand.

For dessert, traditional tiramisu will give you a comforting feel, but apple crostata or a vanilla panna cotta make for an excellent ending to the meal.
