Future of Dining

Branching off from the success her popular Giada restaurant at The Cromwell, TV personality Giada De Laurentiis has developed a casual new concept for Las Vegas called Pronto, where her signature, flavorful Italian cuisine with California accents is served up fast and easy.

The Caesars Palace eatery offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, including fresh Italian pastries to go with an intense coffee program featuring Counter Culture Coffee, paninis, salami platters, pastas and more. “It’s a totally different experience, much quicker and more of a grab-and-go experience. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be just as great,” says De Laurentiis.

Near other Caesars culinary hot spots like Bacchanal Buffet, Rao’s and Mr Chow, Pronto could become more than another dining experience on the Strip. Since she opened her very first restaurant in Las Vegas more than three years ago, De Laurentiis has learned this destination is ideal to test out new concepts. “At the end of the day I do this to launch new ideas,” she says. “(Pronto) is the future, a concept that can be done in a lot of places if it’s done well and if it does well here.”
