There is no food festival quite like Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit, and no other event at Vegas Uncork’d on the scale of The Grand Tasting at Caesars Palace. It’s a massive celebration of cuisine and libations at the Garden of the Gods pool complex, with some of the best chefs, master sommeliers and expert mixologists in the world gathered to serve samples of what they do best. Booths representing more than 50 award-winning chefs and restaurants encircle the main pool, with additional options at a side pool, as the 2,500-strong crowd promenades the grounds.

Tip: Go counter-clockwise. Most people tend to take a left when they enter the pool area and go clockwise. Get there early, or better yet, get early access admission, and hang a right. Nearly everything imaginable is offered in small portions and sizes, from wagyu sliders to soups, fusion fare to American classics, ice creams to fine wines. End the evening with specialty cocktails and a cigar enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the pool.
