Therapy Check out the Hot & Silky cocktail at Therapy only on Feb. 14. It’s a lovely mixture of cognac, Grand Marnier, Kahlúa, Bénédictine liqueur and house-made chocolate, and topped with whipped cream and cocoa powder for $10. It can be served hot, or cold (depending on how the night’s going).

Tao Las Vegas Here’s a nice way to your sweetie’s heart: Order a special Valentine’s Day fortune cookie at Tao. ValenWINE’s Day Wine Walk Downtown Container Park kicks off its Wine & Beer Walk series on Feb. 9 at 6 p.m., where you can try unlimited pours of several varieties and listen to a live band. Tickets available for $30 at the gates.

Le Cirque This Bellagio restaurant, recently named the 16th most romantic restaurant in the U.S. by TripAdviser, features an incredible, four-course prix-fixe menu with everything from lobster and avocado salad to Cervena venison with a spiced dark chocolate port reduction, plus dessert such as the justly famous chocolate ball, which completely wows you. Mercato Della Pescheria This place is romantic even if it’s not Valentine’s Day. On Feb. 14, the restaurant in St. Mark’s Square offers a four-course dinner for $120 per couple plus a wine pairing for an extra $45 per couple. Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro A Valentine’s Day four-course menu highlights such items as black truffle spaghetti, filet mignon and lobster shrimp rosemary skewer and a Morels heart macaron with strawberry mascarpone filling. Top of the World Definitely the place to be for a romantic Valentine’s night, the 106th floor restaurant serves up a four-course prix-fixe dinner designed by executive chef Pawan Pinisetti. It starts with prosecco (yes!) and includes an amuse bouche and choices like pea “cappuccino” with Maine lobster, king-cut ribeye and vanilla chocolate cheesecake with citrus raspberry coulis for $109.
