Las Vegas is so flush with Thanksgiving specials that the tourism heavies should erect a glowing turkey leg to rival The STRAT. This is the place for no-fuss feasting, whether your palate craves a traditional spread or Chinese delicacies. Some place you can walk in; others require reservations, so it’s a good idea to call ahead. And this is only a small sample what you’ll find on Thanksgiving, look in your neighborhood for more.

NoMad Restaurant and NoMad Bar (Park MGM, 702.730.6785) Each has a take on Thanksgiving dinner, with the restaurant offering roast turkey with black truffle gravy ($42) and chocolate caramel, bourbon pecan and pumpkin tartes ($12 each) ($29). NoMad Bar is upgrading its chicken French dip, “Thanksgiving Style,” adding cranberry and stuffing (available through the rest of the year).

Citizens Kitchen and Bar (Mandalay Bay, 702.632.9200) offers an all-you-can-eat menu ($39.99) on Thanksgiving starting at 11 a.m., first-come, first-served basis, with white and dark meat, spiral ham, stuffin’ muffins, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie with cinnamon whipped cream.

Oakville Steakhouse (Tropicana, 702.739.2376) cooks up a three-course meal ($55) where the options include lobster bisque, roasted turkey or a 6- ounce petite filet and shrimp, sides and a slice of pumpkin cheesecake a la mode.

Hash House A Go Go (The Linq, 702.254.4646) Giant portions are what Hash House does, so expect the turkey dinner, stuffed turkey burger and turkey pot pie to equally challenge plate-cleaning abilities. They’re available starting at 10 a.m. at multiple locations.

Virgil’s Real Barbecue (The LINQ Promenade, 702.389.7400) Offers a smoked turkey plate ($34.95) with the classic sides, like cornbread stuffing, sweet potatoes topped with marshmallow, Creole green beans and cranberry sauce. Aww, just like home.

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway (Wynn Las Vegas, 702.770.3607) Presents a gourmet dinner ($42) on Nov. 28, with butternut squash soup, turkey breast with sage and veggie stuffing, plus pumpkin pie topped with sea salt. Now, that’s fancy. Opens at 11:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

Trevi Italian Restaurant (The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, 702.735.4663) Fires up a three-course, prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu ($45) from 11 a.m.- 11 p.m. with roasted pumpkin brood, roast turkey ballotine, sweet potato croquette, pumpkin pie and toasted pecan gelato.

FLIGHTS (Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort, 702.268.7264) Enjoy a Thanksgiving Day feast ($29) with a corn tostada, turkey and ham with honey Dijon glaze, mac and cheese, meatballs with Lingonberries, green bean casserole and pumpkin or apple pie.

Phil’s Steakhouse and Seafood Shack (Treasure Island, 702.894.7223) There’s a menu and matching scene for every reveler, with Seafood Shack offering lobster bisque with tempura pumpkin and Chambord-braised turkey ($45) and Phil’s Steakhouse tempting free-range turkey breast with fig and goat cheese ravioli with sage butter ($50).

Bazaar Meat (Sahara Las Vegas, 702.761.7610) At Bazaar Meat, entrée choices include sous vide Niman Ranch turkey breast comes, confit leg and Josper-roasted turbot. The whole meal comes with a boatload of small bites to start ($95).

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar (The Venetian, 702.297.6541) The name says it all. Herb-roasted turkey ($36) is the star, served with Mama’s Mash, the beloved green bean casserole, cranberry compote and giblet gravy. But perhaps the best dessert is a Turkey Leg cocktail served in a Mason jar.

Mott 32 (The Palazzo, 702.607.3232) Straight out of Hong Kong, the five-course Thanksgiving menu ($108 or $166 with paired wine) features airy dumplings filled with crystal king crab, prawn and edamame; scallop pumpkin soup; black pepper M6 wagyu with pork belly; black cod with yuzu miso and a spiced pecan tart to finish. Unless you add a savory treat for the table: Peking duck prepared over 48 hours.

Crush (MGM Grand, 702.891.3222) Reserve a table from 5:30 p.m. on, and look forward to turkey with sausage, bacon and root vegetable stuffing accompanied by silky mashed potatoes and cranberry jelly ($32). Hankering for sweet potato gnocchi with sage brown butter? Extra sides are a tasty $10.

Rí Rá (Mandalay Place, 702.632.7771) All day long you’ll find holiday wins such as 14-ounce prime rib with charred cherry tomatoes, garlic green beans, mashed potatoes and Guinness au jus ($30); turkey dinner with gravy and sage stuffing, smashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce and a fluffy roll ($26); and maple-glazed pork loin with asparagus and apple bread pudding ($22). Plus a gingerbread brownie with homemade pumpkin ice cream and vanilla bean sauce ($11). Sláinte!

House of Blues (Mandalay Bay, 702.632.7607) Talk about Southern hospitality. HOB’s Turkey Day special ($20), includes roasted turkey flavored with citrus and herbs alongside mashed potatoes, tasso cornbread stuffing, braised collard greens, honey carrots, pan gravy and cranberry sauce.

Buddy V’s (The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and The Palazzo, 702.607.2355) “It’s all about la famiglia” here, and thoughtful details. The prix fixe ($48), includes options to pair wine ($30) or a bottle of prosecco ($20). Enjoy butternut squash soup, made memorable with apple-squash compote, spiced pepitas and panna dolce ($12), or the dessert departure from pie in the form of spiced pumpkin roll with cream cheese frosting, caramel and candied walnuts ($12).

Top of the World and McCall’s Heartland Grill (The STRAT, 702.380.7711, 702.380.7777) Thanksgiving takes over propertywide Nov. 28. Go fancy at Top of the World, the view rivaled only by the roasted pear salad with baby arugula, frisée, goat cheese mousse, candied walnuts and aged sherry vinaigrette. McCall’s Heartland Grill has its own multicourse special, complete with honey-chili yams and cheddar cornbread stuffing. BLVD & Main also has a Thanksgiving special! Prices vary.

Frites (Excalibur) Thanksgiving ‘knight’ needs crazy fries. Frites obliges with a special running through Dec. 1. Called the Gobbler, it loads crispy potatoes with oven-roasted turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce and cornbread stuffing. Revere the fry, indeed.

Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House (MGM Grand, 702.891.7374)Put some ‘bam’ in your Thanksgiving with Emeril’s rustic recipes. His fish house is all about Diestel Farms turkey from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., whether you order the meal ($64) or a special side with your usual lobster pot pie. Because truffle mushroom gravy goes with everything.

STK Las Vegas (Cosmopolitan, 702.698.7990) Even STK’s meat-laden menu honors turkey on Nov. 28 from noon to 9 p.m. Tuck into roasted breasts and confit thighs ($65) with cranberry, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and foie gras apple stuffing. Then it’s pumpkin pie in a cloud of spiced Chantilly cream, salted caramel and candied pepitas for $15 more.

Water Grill (The Forum Shops at Caesars, 702.832.4777) Find a three-course special for ($64) with Diestel turkey with turkey gravy, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, plus pumpkin or pecan pie.

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab (The Forum Shops at Caesars, 702.792.9222) Joe’s holiday plate ($55) boasts turkey two ways with pan gravy citrus cranberry relish and pumpkin chiffon pie.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant (Paris, 702.948.6937) Know what goes with a window seat overlooking the Bellagio fountains? Thanksgiving turkey. Chef/proprietor J. Joho created this special menu ($79) with his signature “updated classic French” take on cooking. So expect plenty of butter in your experience.

Mon Ami Gabi (Paris, 702.944.4224) Here’s hoping our desert weather allows patio seating Nov. 28, because Mon Ami Gabi’s terrace is a lovely spot for feasting. The prix fixe ($50) dresses turkey in bourbon gravy, caramelized yams and garlic and sage cornbread stuffing, among other delights. Or grab a turkey plate for $32.

Beer Park (Paris, 702.444.4500) For a Southern take on Turkey Day with football galore, Beer Park is your hang. Its special ($25, beginning at 9 a.m.) includes smoked Cajun turkey, sweet potato mash, collard greens, spiced cranberry cornbread stuffing and red eye gravy. With over 100 beers, you’ll find one to pair.

Off-Strip

Hooters (OYO, 866.584.6687) Drop in for a three-course meal ($20). All you need to know is that the stuffing will taste of chorizo, the sweet potatoes of Grand Marnier and the mousse of both pumpkin and white chocolate. Hot wings, schmot wings.

Mabel’s BBQ (Palms, 702.944.5931) The dine-in, three-course Thanksgiving dinner ($35) features smoked turkey with brioche and pecan dressing, roasted green beans and mashed potatoes.

Greene St. Kitchen (Palms, 702.942.7777) The window of 2 to 8 p.m. means a Turkey Day of your dreams ($59). This is where you’ll find a confit turkey leg to gnaw on, a sexy beet salad to post on social media, and a vegetarian option to shame all others: risotto embellished with squash, salsify chips and fried sage.

Hearthstone (Red Rock Resort, 702.797.7344) The turkey dinner entrée ($28) is the star here, with pumpkin bisque ($13) and chocolate pecan pie ($14) rounding out the menu.

Bottiglia (Green Valley Ranch, 702.617.7075) On Turkey Day grants you turkey or prime rib, butternut squash soup or endive and blue cheese salad, pumpkin cheesecake or apple pie ($55). Additional sides are available for $8, so don’t miss the wood-roasted smoky Brussels sprouts with pancetta.

Americana (2020 Regatta Drive, Suite 118, 702.331.5565) Choose a turkey or prime rib platter ($68) with a variety of sides such as mashed sweet potatoes, cranberries and stuffing.

The Barrymore (99 Convention Center Drive, 702.407.5303) Low light will bounce from the mirror wall onto your dinner, a spread of three dishes from a special selection of six ($62). We recommend the artichoke tart with sage-roasted turkey and a slice of pumpkin pie. Colorful, classic and perfectly Barrymore.

Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant (4480 Paradise Road,702.364.5300) Put a spin on your indulgence with a four-course tour of Italy ($50). This is about hazelnut burrata and chestnut gnocchi, sweet fig and marsala, salty bresaola and balsamic.

Sparrow + Wolf (4480 Spring Mountain Road, 702.790.2147) Chef Brian Howard's is going all out for your feast-day pleasure, with a spread ($65) centered around roasted and confit Hudson Valley duck, plus wine-poached apple and beet salad with grilled Treviso and toasted walnut vinaigrette; deviled duck eggs; chestnut agnolotti with roasted pear; Korean-spiced acorn squash and on and on.

Partage (3839 Spring Mountain Road, 702.582.5852) If you’ve never had velouté, gourmet foam and freshly shaved truffles, this is your shot. A three-courser ($75) includes all that, plus turkey rolled with veal, nuts and cranberries; mashed sweet potatoes; and gingerbread ice cream with crispy cookies, candied pumpkin and pumpkin foam.

Hofbräuhaus (4510 Paradise Road, 702.853. 2337) Thanksgiving and never-ending Oktoberfest mesh well. Want proof? Gebackener tortenbrie, or breaded brie fried golden and accented with winter salad, fried parsley and cranberries. That’s just one taste of the infamous beer hall’s holiday menu.

MRKT Sea & Land (Aliante, 702.692.7777) Features a three-course meal ($48) Thanksgiving Day from 3 p.m. -close with apple cider-brined turkey breast with fall vegetables. Bistro 57 offers a traditional turkey dinner ($25) served with pecan pie from 4 p.m. to close.

Cornerstone (Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, 702.367.7111) Offers traditional turkey dinner ($31) with sage dressing or beef Wellington ($36).

SC Prime Steakhouse (Suncoast Hotel and Casino, 702.636.7111) gives you a choice of three-course menus on Thanksgiving from 2 p.m. to close, like traditional roast turkey ($45), Alaskan halibut ($48) or filet mignon and beer-battered shrimp ($52).

Spiedini and Hawthorn Grill (JW Marriott, 702.869.8500, 702.507.5900) If you prefer an Italian lens on the holiday, try the prix fixe at Spiedini ($45). Hawthorn Grill has a traditional dinner ($59), but why not flip the tradition with brunch ($62) from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.?

The Angry Butcher (Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall, 702.456.7777) Serves up pumpkin bisque, turkey or baked ham ($39) plus an arugula salad with pears, candied walnuts, asiago cheese and red wine vinaigrette.
