Thank Wolfgang Puck for ushering in a new era of dining in Las Vegas. When he opened Spago at The Forum Shops in 1992 he paved the way for other celebrity chefs to bring their culinary skills to the city. Fast forward almost three decades later and Puck has opened multiple restaurants across the Strip, with his newest endeavor being a reimagining of the original Spago.

Spago’s footprint captures some of the best views on the property—Lake Bellagio and the famed fountains show. Many of the dishes are inspired by the chef’s trips to farmer’s markets, resulting in a menu of freshmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, robust salads, top cuts of meat and creative seafood recipes.

There are also the dishes that made Spago a staple like the smoked salmon pizza. Other highlights include the grilled prime beef burger with balsamic onion marmalade and desserts like the strawberry panna cotta with Tahitian vanilla cream. Handcrafted specialty cocktails and an extensive wine list round out Spago’s delicious offerings.
