Sometimes you need a fresh beer. But a fresh beer that’s been brewed on premises? You can get that at Trustworthy Brewing, a Southern California stalwart whose Vegas export is the only brewery on the Strip.

The open, airy venue features several new beers, brewed on-premise by Trustworthy head brewer Zach Johnson, including the Palazzo Pale, an American pale ale, and the A Year in the Making, an American amber ale. Others have been brewed in the Southern California facility, like Trustworthy IPA, a beer that appeals even to stout lovers (trust me!) and the Showroom Ready hazy IPA.

They all pair well with executive chef Lloyd Bensil’s elevated bar food menu, which ranges from several burgers to deviled eggs, fried pork rinds and a huge Bavarian pretzel with a Gruyere cheese spread and spicy brown mustard.
