Go beyond the small screen at Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas
Beef Wellington, yes! Lobster risotto, yes! Sticky toffee pudding, yes! Whether you’ve eaten at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen before or this is your first foray into the fiery chef’s domain, you will find yourself cheering for the excellent chefs.
The restaurant has all those dishes from the show (and we’re pretty sure, unlike on the show, an undercooked Wellington has never made it to a table here). If you’ve already tried those, why not go for one more? Pan-seared scallops regularly received the critical eye from Ramsay—these appetizers come atop sweet corn purée with pickled shallots. Or try the Jidori chicken scallopini with roasted potatoes and artichoke. Add side of puréed potatoes with creme fraîché.
Finish it off with a cocktail, a heavenly concoction of Plymouth dry gin and green tea and a message from the chief—Notes From Gordon, yes!
