Until Jan. 10, Shake Shack will offer a black truffle burger and Parmesan garlic fries with black truffle sauce, both as authentic as it gets, thanks to the use of Regalis Foods’ USDA organic black truffel Arbequina oil, made from Spanish black truffles and California extra virgin olive oil.
The burger features melty, delicious Gruyere cheese and crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun; the fries, always cooked to absolute perfection, will most likely have you coming back for more. (If you haven’t tried black truffle before, you are in for a serious treat!)
