As gorgeous as the décor is at ¡VIVA! in the District in the heart of Resorts World, you’ll find that the food nearly matches that style. 

The menu features coastal California ingredients with modern takes on traditional albondigas with duck meatballs, and steak tacos made with filet mignon. Special dishes include chicken enchiladas, wood-grilled snapper and barbacoa, while entrées feature octopus, ancho-rubbed lamb ribs and the inventive grilled piña asada with goat cheese. Chase those down with one of their specialty cocktails, like the hibiscus cooler.

There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes as well, including the aforementioned piña asada and Tuscan kale and chile poblano tamales, plus flavorful sides like refried lentils, arroz made with Carolina Gold rice and a tomato sofrito, and Mexican street corn with bone marrow and cotija cheese. 

If brunch is your thing, you’ll find most of the dinner options here, plus such delights as pozole, huevos rancheros and chilaquiles, as well as bottomless sangria.
