Sweet, sweet heaven at Hakkasan. The restaurant portion, featuring contemporary Chinese cuisine, of the multilevel experience at MGM Grand has added three desserts to its menu, all delightfully delicious and like little works of art. The first is the Berry Sphere with Tahitian mascarpone cream, hibiscus strawberry coulis and pistachio crumbs. The Sweet Caviar dessert features a cherry marmalade, chocolate mousse and a crunchy feuilletine in a mock caviar canister. For a dessert adventure (or if you can’t decide on just one), try the Hakka platter, which features five mini versions of the restaurant’s most popular desserts, including the Berry Sphere and a favorite, the Spikey Lemon—not only cool-looking, it’s also tart and sweet, with yuzu, calamansi gel and almond cake. You’ll also get to try the popular chocolate and hazelnut dumplings that float in a syrup of yuzu-ginger infusion.

Accompany any one of these with a dessert cocktail that’ll give you a little caffeine kick. Try the Serenity with Ketel One Oranje vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and essential oils, or the Carajillo with Licor 43 Cuarenta y Tres liqueur and espresso.
