It might surprise you to learn that stand-up comic and Broadway, film and television star David Alan Grier is a foodie and has a food blog called Chocolate Glutton! where he likes to “discuss, obsess and share the love I have for all things gluttonous,” as he notes on his official website (morning buns are his latest subject).

But the talented star is much better known for his television work such as the sketch comedy series In Living Color and his own Comedy Central special The Book of David: The Cult Figure’s Manifesto. Currently, Grier plays Jerrod Carmichael’s father in the comedy series The Carmichael Show, now in its third season. Grier got his start on Broadway in The First, for which he earned a Tony Award and was also a member of the original Broadway cast of Dreamgirls.

Here in Vegas, Grier wraps up his talents in a hilarious stand-up set. Joining Grier is Kira Soltanovich, who played pranks on the show Girls Behaving Badly and was also a correspondent on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
