Emo quartet The Used celebrated their 15th year as a unit in 2016, and their career could fill a night of pub trivia. The radio-friendly foursome was formed in Orem, Utah, the birthplace of several professional dancers, including Julianne Hough of Dancing with the Stars and Allison Holker and Chelsie Hightower of So You Think You Can Dance. Lead singer Bert McCracken helped bring the group mainstream attention as the boyfriend of Kelly Osbourne during the height of The Osbournes on MTV in the early 2000s, much to the dismay of matriarch Sharon Osbourne.

Sure, The Used are known for catchy pop-friendly tunes like “The Taste of Ink” and “The Bird and The Worm,” but don’t forget they teamed up with My Chemical Romance in 2005 for their take on the Queen and David Bowie classic “Under Pressure” and went even deeper with their interpretation of Talking Heads track “Burning Down the House.”

The Used—equal amounts rock stars and answers to trivia questions. That’s a worthwhile career.
