Browse, order, sip, savor and repeat … at least till you get through more than a dozen new recipes added to The Dorsey’s cocktail menu.

Besides the sexy, cool ambience—shadows cast from candlelight, dark and rich textiles, slick leather and velvety lounge seating, an audible adventure through the best in throwback R&B and jazzy hip-hop—the cocktail program at The Dorsey is one of the best on the Strip, created by award-winning bartender Sam Ross.

The handcrafted cocktails are made with fresh-cut fruits and fresh-squeezed juices, exotic and aromatic spices, and syrups, bitters and garnishments made in-house. If you come with a group, don’t miss out on a group experience by ordering one of the punch bowls, a fun way to drink together. But don’t leave without trying one of the new offerings, or two, or three, or …

Great Bambino

Great Bambino

Fresh pear juice makes the Great Bambino an absolutely divine cocktail. Bourbon, Fernet-Branca, lemon and orgeat syrup complete the delicious creation, along with a spiced-up kick from fresh nutmeg shavings. The Joie De Vivre also utilizes fresh pear juice, along with gin, lemon and honey. This cocktail is a bubbly one, topped with champagne.

The Trade Winds, a twist on a tiki cocktail, is mixed with two different rums, lemon, coconut, apricot, and the twist—a dash of cream. It’s a new favorite of tiki cocktail lovers everywhere.

A perfect seasonal libation is the Pippin Flip. It’s a blend of apple brandy, Amaro CioCiaro, pomegranate, whole egg and cinnamon, and egg white foam caps off the slightly sweet, lip-smacking treat. Served in a slightly larger shot glass, or what The Dorsey calls “Shorties,” the Hew Brew is for banana lovers everywhere, thanks to a mix of Irish whiskey, banana, coffee liqueur and coconut. Another popular Shortie is the Argentinean Snaiquiri, a blend of Fernet-Branca, Branca Menta and fresh lime.

Ask your bartender what other new, tasty treats now live on the menu. And the bartenders are more than happy to create original cocktails based on your favorite spirits and flavors—just ask, sip, savor and repeat.
