It’s safe to say: If you love beer, you’ll love Pub 365 at Tuscany Suites & Casino. In fact, you might even rejoice during your visit, the reason being is in its name: 365 beers to choose from. The ever-evolving and rotating craft beer menu is broken down into categories for easy reading including drafts, bottles and cans, lights and ciders, wheats, pale ales and IPAs, browns and ambers, porters and stouts, Belgians, Trappists, oddities and sours, and the unicorn menu.

In the back of the pub, through the cavernous kitchen and past storage rooms, is the door to the unicorn room. Kept at a special temperature, this is a room that Lindsey Trujillo, manager of Pub 365, is very proud of. It’s been stocked with rare, hard-to-find, one-of-a-kind beers and they’re all listed on the unicorn menu for you to enjoy.

The pub strikes a nice balance between a neighborhood bar and an upscale lounge. There’s plenty of seating at the bar, where you’ll find an amazing 61 taps, some dedicated to local breweries like BrewDog, Lovelady, Tenaya Creek and Joseph James. Two standout local options are CraftHaus’ Special Delivery, a dark-roasted porter, and the Astronomy Aleworks Monoceros, a double IPA that was brewed especially for Pub 365’s three-year anniversary. “We definitely have some gems, like the Jester King series, Innis & Gunn, from local beers to a variety of countries,” said Trujillo. “We have some beers you won’t find anywhere else in the city.”

This house of beer is a “diamond in the rough,” she says. “We get all types of customers, from guests that I can communicate with in beer language, to guests that I can teach something about beer and they have their first ‘Holy cow!’ experience.”

While having your beer epiphany, rest assured that Pub 365 has some impressive food, too. The chef creates stellar plates like quinoa and chopped salad, poutine, vegan empanadas, Stumptown brisket dip, tacos with Baja fish, fire-grilled chicken, carnitas or carne asada and burger options like the Manhattan, Montana with Black Angus beef and pastrami.
