Over at José Andrés’ Jaleo at The Cosmopolitan, enjoy the new “sangria hour” from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. There are select wine and beer specials in addition to $6 sangria by the glass and the tasty Spanish Bramble cocktail with rosemary-infused Ketel One vodka, lemon, honey, blackberry liqueur and lavender bitters for $8. Dig into a variety of delicious $5 tapas plates, too, like the endivias con huevo de salmon ahumada—crunchy endive leaves filled with goat cheese, orange, almonds and smoked salmon roe.
Bardot Brasserie at Aria offers its new “le happy hour” with a French flair from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday. Sip on $7 wines by the glass and cocktails like the French 75, sidecar and dirty martini; and $5 beers and shots. The menu offers a lot of dishes, too, reasonably priced from $8 to $14 including yummy options like the oeufs mimosa, four deviled eggs with smoked paprika, cocktail onions and cornichon.
Sahara Las Vegas offers plenty of drink goodies, starting with happy hour at Casbar Lounge from 3 to 5 p.m. and 8 to 9 p.m. daily. Order half-off featured cocktails, buy-one-get-one-free beers and $5 Fireball, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee apple whiskey and New Amsterdam Pink Whitney pink lemonade-flavored vodka shots. And with the warm weather, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the popular theme-park treat Dole Whip, but adult style. Stop by Uno Mas Street Tacos + Spirits for a Dole Whip margarita, a blend of Casamingos reposado tequila and Dole Whip pineapple soft serve, and it’s buy one get one free from 9 to 10 p.m. daily. You can also order the Dole Whip margarita at the property’s Retro Pool, in addition to the exclusive Dole strawberry daiquiri, a blend of Dole strawberry soft serve and Mount Gay Eclipse rum.
