The 63rd-floor Foundation Room is more than just a fine-dining restaurant. Be whisked into an Asian-like garden to start your dining experience. Find delight in the Thai crab cakes, lobster wontons or sushi rolls. This two-story complex is a one-of-a-kind party central on the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Turn your Mexican dinner outing into late-night fun with a DJ beginning at 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Fuel up on spiced skirt steak nachos, stuffed quesadillas, street tacos or one of their many burgers or sandwiches; then dance it off upstairs on the outdoor patio overlooking the Strip. 8. Cabo Wabo Cantina
Sammy Hagar’s hip spot is definitely about partying with a few rounds of tequila paired with live entertainment, but it’s also about having some good ’ol Tex-Mex cuisine, too. Go for items like Baja shrimp ceviche, cilantro jalapeño chicken, fish tacos, short rib enchiladas or carne asada steak tortas. There’s an outdoor patio for al fresco dining if you wish. 9. Stack
If you choose to dine here on Friday or Saturday night around 9 p.m., you’re in for a treat. Menu starters include mini Maine lobsters rolls, crispy rock shrimp and yellowtail sashimi. Main courses include a tomahawk ribeye, dry-aged New York strip and the ultimate Kobe stacked burger.
