What’s better than eating an array of delicious food from some of the top restaurants in Las Vegas? How about doing it under the stars in a stunning setting with the mountains surrounding you? And here’s the kicker: it’s all for a good cause. This is the Las Vegas Epicurean Affair, an annual event presented by the Nevada Restaurant Association.

It will be foodie central as patrons make their way to Red Rock Resort to see what some of their favorite chefs around town are cooking up.

This edition features food from swank, modern Japanese restaurant Zuma, celebrity chef Chris Santos’s whimsical, nouveau American hot spot Beauty & Essex, upscale, classic Italian joint Il Mulino, Persian fusion new kid on the block Shiraz and meat-forward burger giants b.B.d.’s and Shake Shack, among others.

Proceeds of the Epicurean Affair benefit ProStart, a program that prepares high school students to become culinary professionals, as well as other educational programs.

So help some future superstar chefs out by getting full on the food that is currently inspiring them. Fill your belly with goodness for a good cause.
