One of the best steakhouses in town just got even better. Edge Steakhouse has long been a must-visit venue, with its menu featuring some of the juiciest cuts around, ranging from prime bone-in ribeye to wagyu New York cut. Can’t decide? Have the chef do the picking with a six-course tasting, complete with the chef’s full table participation. Or go a bit smaller with the three-course prix fixe, including a soup or salad, 10-ounce filet, a side and dessert.
And Edge recently introduced a treat for bourbon lovers: A three-course meal featuring roasted bone marrow, honey-and-bourbon-glazed ribeye and bourbon bananas Foster, all paired with bourbon-based cocktails: The La Cosa Nostra (Maker’s Mark and amaretto), smoked maple Manhattan (Knob Creek maple bourbon and Carpano Antica), and the Bourbon S’More (Booker’s, Baileys and salted caramel). The best part? Only $90.
