One of the best steakhouses in town just got even better. Edge Steakhouse has long been a must-visit venue, with its menu featuring some of the juiciest cuts around, ranging from prime bone-in ribeye to wagyu New York cut. Can’t decide? Have the chef do the picking with a six-course tasting, complete with the chef’s full table participation. Or go a bit smaller with the three-course prix fixe, including a soup or salad, 10-ounce filet, a side and dessert.

And Edge recently introduced a treat for bourbon lovers: A three-course meal featuring roasted bone marrow, honey-and-bourbon-glazed ribeye and bourbon bananas Foster, all paired with bourbon-based cocktails: The La Cosa Nostra (Maker’s Mark and amaretto), smoked maple Manhattan (Knob Creek maple bourbon and Carpano Antica), and the Bourbon S’More (Booker’s, Baileys and salted caramel).
