If money is no object and you are looking for a truly unforgettable meal in Las Vegas, Restaurant Guy Savoy is ready to ignite your senses with some of the most amazing flavors you’ll find anywhere in the world. The Michelin-starred chef has very exacting standards to ensure you enjoy your meal to the fullest, including not allowing any flowers or allowing any of his employees to wear perfume or cologne—he wants no other scents to get in your way. And once you begin to smell what Savoy is cooking, you get it. You really get it.

With the temperatures soaring into triple digits, Savoy offers a Summer Amuse, a menu served for the entire table that takes you through highlights of his menu, including a “trilogy” of oysters, line-caught striped bass served with crispy scales and black truffle, “sealand” A-5 Japanese wagyu beef and lobster accompanied by carrot and coral jus, and one of the dishes that has made Savoy a legend: artichoke and black truffle soup with toasted mushroom brioche and black truffle butter. Ocoa pur noir (dark chocolate) and salted caramel round things out.

If you’d rather take things into your own hands, make sure to start with some of Savoy’s seared foie gras, sea urchin and pomegranate, another unforgettable experience. Savoy also has an amazing assortment of cognacs and champagnes to get your palate ready for the main course.

And what an amazing assortment of mains! Choose from roasted Muscovy duck breast, served with endive, spinach and orange, a veal chop accompanied by sweetbreads and a bouquetière of vegetables, or Snake River Farms American wagyu rib cap, mouth-watering and served with braised short ribs, pomme boulangère and jus Bordelaise. Or go the seafood route with a roasted Atlantic turbot served with baby artichokes and jus barigoule.
