If you’re eating out on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, Vegas is the place to be. Numerous restaurants are offering holiday dishes and menus, from inexpensive to wildly extravagant, and we have compiled a partial list for you (there’s much more available!). Due to COVID-19 restrictions, capacity is very limited and reservations are required. Holiday hours may vary.

Aliante

MRKT Sea & Land (702.692.7777) offers a three-course holiday dinner for two with halibut crudo, chateaubriand and crème brûlée with raspberry macaroons for dessert.

Aria

At Bardot Brasserie (877.230.2742), enjoy a three-course family-style menu with items like dry-aged prime rib, green bean casserole and a winter relish tray crudité.

In addition to its regular menu, Carbone (877.230.2742) will offer a special prix fixe holiday menu featuring a Feast of Seven Fishes including whole grilled lobster, king crab legs, oysters and seafood sausage.

Get tamari sushi, a5 tartare, sole meuniere and rack of lamb at trendy Catch (877.230.2742).

A la carte holiday specials at Jean Georges Steakhouse (877.230.2742) include Warm Shrimp Salad in Champagne Dressing and Beef Tenderloin.

Bellagio

At Lago by Julian Serrano (866.259.7111), check out the fountains and special offerings on Dec. 24, including baccala alla pozzaiola (cod filet with tomato), tortellini in brodo and eggnog tiramisu.

Picasso (702.693.8865) offers a four-course prix fixe dinner with such items as crème of chestnut, a pistachio-crusted terrine foie gras and black bass filet.

Lobster bisque, filet mignon, butternut squash gratin and chestnut souffle are just some of the special items on the Christmas menu at Prime Steakhouse (702.693.8865).

Spago (702.693-8181) gives diners a choice of special items, or a prix fixe menu with such things as 36-hour braised wagyu short rib with roasted bone marrow, seared diver scallops paired with black truffle and holiday tree croquembouche.

Gold Coast

The holiday menu at Cornerstone (702.367.7111) includes a tom turkey dinner, roast duck and pan-seared salmon, plus a fruit cobbler with whiskey cream sauce for dessert.

The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian & The Palazzo

Buddy V’s Ristorante (702.607.2355) has concocted a prix fixe menu with roasted butternut squash soup, slow-roasted Prime rib with the trimmings and a gingerbread trifle, plus wine pairing or a bottle of prosecco available.

For you seafood lovers, Mercato della Pescheria (702.837.0309) is offering a seafood stew with clams, calamari, cippolini onions, mussels and shrimp in a white wine and lobster broth.

Sixth & Mill Ristorante, Pizzeria and Bar (702.414.1227) has added holiday options such as roasted pumpkin soup, roasted duck breast, pappardelle with wild boar black truffle sauce.

Green Valley Ranch

Bottiglia Cucina Enoteca’s (702.617.7075) holiday prix fixe menu includes lobster minestrone or a beef carpaccio; chicken cacciatore, veal osso buco or lobster tagliatelle; and cannoli with Italian meringue, lemon ricotta creme and blackberry to end the evening. 

The Linq

At Hash House a Go Go (LINQ Hotel & Casino, 702.254.4646; Plaza Hotel and Casino, 702.384.4646; 6800 W. Sahara Ave., 702.804.4646; 555 N. Stephanie Street in Henderson, 702.898.4646), the holiday spirit is in full force. Get peppermint bark pancakes with crushed candy canes and chocolate chips, cream cheese-stuffed French toast, prime rib and shrimp scampi pasta.

Luxor

Diablo’s Cantina (702.262.5225) lets you indulge in seafood chile relleno with grilled fish and shrimp, plus churros for dessert.

MGM Grand

Craftsteak (702.891.7318) offers a winter prix fixe menu with main dish choices like an 8-ounce flat iron prime steak, free range chicken and salmon with couscous.

Mandalay Bay

Get prime rib with veal bordelaise paired with Brussels sprouts and roasted chestnuts at StripSteak (702.632.7200)

The Mirage

At Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak (702.696.7050), get appetizing offerings such as beet salad topped with apple, goat cheese and candied wasabi and beef Wellington with mushroom duxelle, prosciutto topped with Madeira sauce.

The Orleans

Bailiwick All American Pub & Eatery (702.365.7111) sets forth a three-course dinner with a main course of beef Wellington and a dessert of house-made apple strudel served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

Palace Station

Specials at The Charcoal Room (702.221-6678) include potato fennel soup, surf and turf including 12-ounce Prime New York steak, gulf shrimp, double cut bone-in pork chop and eggnog crème brûlée.

Park MGM

Visit Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar (702.730.6700) for dishes like prime rib, cream spinach and crème brûlée.

La Pizza e La Pasta (702.730.7617) in Eataly is cooking up whole pan-seared branzino and brasato con polenta, smoked braised short ribs with moretti polenta.

NoMad Bar (702.730.6785) features a prix fixe menu at NoMad Bar featuring elevated bar favorites with wine pairings. Live entertainment is a nice bonus!

The Palazzo

The holiday menu at Majordomo Meat & Fish (866.659.9643) offers the seafood plateau, smoked prime rib, striped bass and truffle macaroni, plus sweet potato pie.

Luxurious Mott 32 (702.607.3232) gives options such as geoduck two ways, fried crispy squab and stir-fried mushrooms.

Red Rock Resort

Hearthstone  (702.797.7344) is cooking up special dishes such as miso-glazed crab legs, rack of lamb with saffron couscous, Chilean sea bass and, for dessert, the classic buche de Noel.

At Italian restaurant Osteria Fiorella (702.797.7777), choose from specials like hamachi crudo, lobster taglionini with osetra caviar, a Double R Ranch ribeye and a “piccolo” dessert plate with a snickerdoodle bar, opera cake and berry regalo.

T-Bones Chophouse and Lounge (702.797.7576) is serving Hudson Valley foie gras, braised beef short rib, seafood bouillabaisse and eggnog cremeux.

Sam’s Town

Specials at The Angry Butcher (702.456.7777) include tom turkey with sage sausage and sourdough dressing, honey and clove-glazed bone-in ham, and oven-roasted prime rib.

The Venetian

Get fabulous dishes like duck confit with foie gras, pan-seared scallops, steak and roasted chicken at Bouchon (702.414.6200).

Chica (866.659.9643) the decadent menu includes black truffle croquettes, duck foie gras empanadas, Maine lobster and more.

At Yardbird (702.297.6541), enjoy smoked gnocchi, cheese souffle, crawfish pot pie, duck breast and red velvet cake on the holiday menu.
