One of the most accomplished chefs on the Las Vegas Strip (and across the globe) is Michael Mina, and he’s teamed with Ayesha Curry on one of the Strip’s most exciting new restaurants, International Smoke at MGM Grand. There are way too many tasty dishes to list here, but a must-starter is Mama Mina’s Falafel, featuring Mina’s unique spin on the Middle Eastern delight topped with tomato jam and served on top of house-made hummus. Endive crudite allows you to scoop everything up.
