In what seems like a very short time, Gordon Ramsay has established a restaurant empire in Las Vegas. But it only makes sense: Ramsay is a perfect fit for Las Vegas with his over-the-top personality and obsession with perfection in every detail of his restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay Steak.

The design elements alone are enough of a reason to pay a visit—take for starters the “Chunnel” entrance, a re-creation of the famous Channel Tunnel that takes you from France to England. Get out your camera and get ready for lots of Instagram followers.

Two of Ramsay’s signature smashes, the melt-in-your-mouth sticky toffee pudding and comfort food extraordinaire beef Wellington, are as fun and satisfying to eat as they are to look at. Ramsay continues the fun with Scotch eggs using duck eggs, definitely not the norm for Brits. Here, the egg is covered with duck sausage and topped with foie gras. Unconventional yes, but you won’t hear a soul complaining. If you prefer seafood, try the Pacific salmon. Or go big in flavor and size with the rack of lamb served with a citrus pepper relish and mint chimichurri.
