To begin, try the tataki salad, which features the titular yellowtail, big-eye tuna and salmon. There are several shared plates on the menu, but the big-eye tuna pizza is one of the most popular. Jeju domi, a Korean red snapper, is accented with chojang (a spicy Korean red-pepper dipping sauce) and orange masago.
There are numerous other options here, but sushi is a huge draw. Some of the most attractive rolls include the Popping spicy crab, with Pop Rocks!; the angry salmon, which adds in serrano pepper as well as cucumber and avocado; or the crispy kalbi, incorporating Korean short ribs. But you can also order up a yellowtail scallion roll or the unagi (freshwater eel), with eel sauce, as well as many other sushi and sashimi options.
