While you drink in the sights, be sure to drink one of Top of the World’s signature cocktails, starting with A Summer Night’s Dream, a sweet and refreshing mix of Grey Goose La Poire vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice and fresh cucumber. More of a whiskey fan? No problem. Check in with the Currently Peachy, mixing Bulleit rye, yellow peach, Angostura bitters and peach juice. Or for the tequila lover at your table, order the Elevated Margarita (get it?), Patron Silver tequila, fresh lime sour, Cointreau and salt-infused foam. All three are guaranteed to get your taste buds ready for some serious flavors.

You can start with appetizers including wagyu beef arancini, the crunchy Italian snack covered with Parmigiano-Reggiano and pomodoro sauce, or filet mignon tartare, prepared with capers, shallots and roasted garlic, served with crispy flat bread. So amazing!

Surf and turf lovers have found their new favorite place! Top of The World has what meat-lovers want, from a 10-ounce filet mignon from Harris Ranch, Calif., to a 16-ounce rack of lamb from New Zealand. You can also go dry-aged with a prime 42-ounce porterhouse or a 16-ounce prime bone-in New York Strip. Seafood fans have their choice of Alaskan king crab legs, diver scallops or Glacier 51 Chilean sea bass. Good luck making a decision!
