Even people who have never eaten at a Fieri restaurant are fans, thanks to his ubiquitous presence on television on shows such as Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. But Las Vegas visitors can enjoy the full Flavortown experience at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The Linq Hotel. You know you’re in for a unique time from the get-go. The Bloody Mary menu practically begs you to go wild with the ingredients—everything from candied bacon to Slim Jims! And you’ll be turning every head in the place when your Trash Can Nachos arrive: The container has a bottom that drops out, dumping the gooey, house-smoked pork-filled nachos onto your plate.
The fun continues with burgers like the Bacon Mac ’N’ Cheese Burger (slathered with six-cheese macaroni and cheese and SMC, Fieri’s “super melty cheese” blend) and the Original Ringer Burger, distinct because of its sriracha-spiced rojo onion ring and signature bourbon-brown sugar barbecue sauce.
Desserts are, as you would expect, beyond decadent here, from the Cheesecake Challenge (an entire half of New York-style cheesecake with pretzels, hot fudge and potato chips) to the Seven-Layer Dark Chocolate Whiskey Cake (for those 21 and over), featuring whiskey crème anglaise and salted whiskey caramel sauce. Leave your foodie pretensions at the door and just enjoy some truly fun food!
