Award-winning restaurant Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres has reopened at the Sahara Las Vegas, and its team has developed some state-of-the-art practices to ensure the safety of guests. In addition to frequent employee temperature checks and enhanced use of personal protective equipment, Bazaar Meat employees will offer guests QR code-accessible menus, hand sanitizer, increased distance between tables, and frequent disinfection of all surfaces.

One thing that hasn’t changed is Andres’ amazing menu, including a prix-fixe summer menu for $99: a green apple banh mi sandwich, bagel & lox cone, esqueixada salad, cecina de Leon, and padro peppers and suckling lamb shawarma, as well as a choice of grilled wagyu flank steak or chateaubriand Brandt beef tenderloin served alongside patatas bravas and Josper-roasted asparagus. Dessert includes an assortment of cream puffs, tarts and little cakes.

There’s also a $125 menu that includes “The Classics”: super giant pork skin chicarron, Ferran Adria olives, croquetas de pollo, “The Classic” beef tartare, Lucia’s salad, chateaubriand Brandt beef tenderloin, buttered potato puree and Josper-roasted asparagus, along with an assortment of cream puffs, tarts and little cakes.
