Green Valley Ranch Resort’s recently opened eatery, a popular concept that started at the Palms (it’s also at Red Rock Resort), elevates traditional diner food into something more. Start with a Creamsicle mimosa, then progress through decadent cereal-crusted French toast, a delicious grilled cheese with tomato soup for dipping, breakfast enchiladas, steak frites and salmon toast. Nice! There are other fabulous cocktails available, too, so feel free to order at will.
