At True Food Kitchen, there is a huge emphasis put on the anti-inflammatory nature of many of the dishes, and it’s a huge plus that they’re delicious! Vegans and vegetarians will be in awe of the offerings available, including butternut squash soup and edamame guacamole. Bowls like the teriyaki quinoa and the Korean noodle ones are created with good-for-you ingredients including broccoli, rainbow carrots, brown rice, avocado, sweet potatoes, pickled shiitakes and toasted sesame. The seasonal Immunity bowl incorporates lions mane mushrooms, farro, quinoa and garbanzo beans in a garlic broth.

It’s not all vegetarian, as you can get chicken sausage pizza with organic tomatoes, turkey or grass-fed beef burgers, a grilled chicken avocado wrap, grilled salmon or steak tacos, among other offerings. But you’ll also find spaghetti squash casserole, too! For desserts, the unassumingly named squash pie might be better than pumpkin, and the vegan chocolate chip cookies come with smooth vegan vanilla coconut ice cream.

I’m not drooling, you’re drooling!
