At Nobu, sushi and sashimi is king, with a huge range of fish and seafood being used in its preparation, such as big-eye tuna, fluke, Japanese red snapper, yellowtail, and salmon. Get hand rolls or cut rolls, and for the best of the night, order the omakase for a multicourse tasting menu. That even comes vegetarian, if you so desire.

Accompany your meal with edamame, mushroom salad, shishito peppers or kelp salad. There are plenty of hot and cold dishes, too—the options seem never-ending. Try monkfish pate with caviar, oyster or uni shooters, spicy crab and wagyu gyoza.

The expansive menu also encompasses tempura, including a whole Maine tempura lobster, and tobanyaki, where you can enjoy Japanese A5 wagyu. The steak is available grilled or in other styles. Grilled items include free-range chicken, beef tenderloin, roasted seasonal veggies and cauliflower with jalapeño. Or try Nobu-Style Tacos, with wagyu, tuna, king crab, salmon, lobster or vegetable options. It’s all so good.
