One of the biggest pizzas you may ever have seen recently appeared at Red Rock, courtesy of Side Piece Pizza and pizzaiolo Enzo Esposito. The fast-casual joint serves up huge slices of New York-style pizza, monster 22-inch pies (ask about the $10 cheese pizza Wednesday special) and apps like pizza fritta, garlic knots and pizza rolls.
If you can’t handle the big one, there’s also a 14-inch option. Channeling the menu of a real New York pizza place, Side Piece serves up chicken Parm, eggplant Parm, meatball, prosciutto and Italian sandwiches, too.
The Chickenparm Pizza may change all you know about the definition of pizza, as the chicken is the crust, and it’s piled high with cheeses and baked. And though it may make you blush, if you’re dining with your side piece, they will eat for free. It might be naughty, but that’s so nice!
